Welcome to the centre of my Web Footprint...
I've been building, programming, and disassembling things since I can remember.

Currently I'm an Assistant Professor at Universidad Adolfo Ibàñez and Director of the UAI Systems Center, where we work in solving complex real-life problems. My research interests are in combinatorial problems, in particular scheduling problems, and approximation algorithms analysis and design, specially with applications related to control and energy/power management. If you are interested in my research you can find more information here: Research Page.

Here you will find links and descriptions of some of the things I've been working in, as well as my other passion: Photography. I hope you like it.

If you want to updated to any changes I do on any of my pages you can subscribe to my "What's New?" section here link.

If you are interested in some of the work I've done or you just want to drop me a line, my address is: rodrigo(dot)carrasco(at)gmail(dot)com and here is my PGP Public Key if you know what it is for.
